Stephen Bell is the Director and owner of Whitesails Training Ltd.
Stephen has many years of managerial/directorship experience. He is an Ex-Navy veteran and has a security and martial arts background.

Sean Parker-Perry (Business Development Manager)

Sean may be your first contact with Whitesails Training and he will guide your requirements with our bespoke courses.

Sean came to Whitesails Training in November 2008 following a succesful career working for UK Parliament. His areas of expertise are marketing, contracts and planning.

Sean is responsible for all aspects of contracting right up to the point of delivery, he will then assess that we have exceeded your needs.

Sandra Bell Instructor

Sandra is an A1 qualified instructor who specialises in SIA Door supervision, security guarding and CCTV

Sandra has many years experience in the teaching environment and since 1991 has been involved in the security and conflict management industry.

Sandra has recently completed a secondment to Manchester Chamber of Commerce where she delivered NVQ2 training.

Ronnie Lyne Instructor

Ronnie Lyne is an A1 qualified instructor who specialises in SIA Door Supervision, Security Guarding, CCTV, offender ID, Arrest and Plastic Restraint, Vehicle Immobilising and First Aid.
Ronnie has spent over 20 years working within the security industry as an operative and at senior management level.
Ronnie played a major role in the start up of Whitesails Training Ltd alongside the Director and has been activily involved since helping to achieve the sucess of whitesails to date.
