TEAMSIDE Work Preperation Course

Whitesails Training Ltd has developed a 2 week work preperation course aimed at the 16-24 NEET profile. This course has a foundation of Training, Education and Motivation.

This active and diverse module includes elements of classoom and outbound teaching methods that compliments the curriculum and encourages attendence every day, on time -a challenge in itself!

Initially a bespoke course for the Connexions Service in the Borough of Tameside, this course is now availble throughout the North West region.

Tackling issues surrounding ASB our approach is to educate with classroom activities supported by outbound visits and challenges. Our A1 qualified instructors teach community issues and citizenship supported with  visit to a local Town Hall and tours from elected Councillors. We also touch upon health, drug misuse and diet followed by activities such as paintballing and incident hikes on open moorland.

Our primary incentive is to break the cycle of poverty and depression. Candidates are expcted to attend on time and complete the whole day of activities therefore encouraging sleep patterns and tam work.
